I still don’t get how surveys can help. I mean, it’s as effective as me asking everyone their favorite bread.

1. Okay on my way to pretty good. I’ve learnt after playing a lot more mafias how to play and use startegies and stuff. However there’s always the time in one mafia or another where I say something stupid and get lynched. Still… I’m okay.

Not really a good discussion starter, because everyone just answers the questions and doesn’t care about what anyone else has to say, although it’s good down the track where if someone does something weird, you can say: “Well hang on, in this survey you said you didn’t do that.” Then they’re in the shit.
And no, I wouldn’t include any other questions in it.

I don’t generally speak until I have something important I would like to say, or do. I don’t generally do discussion starters unless it’s part of some sort of scheme.

But generally a D1 doesn’t have as much time as D2, and time is what gets a mafia rolling.

So, therefore, lynching is not optimal until later in D1, if it can be stalled, so as to starve the mafia of their first kill, allowing us more time for contemplation and conversation.

Another reason D2 is good is that mafia has killed their first victim, meaning people have some idea of the kill tactic he is going to employ. Investigates can also happen overnight, I notice we have some of that thing I reckon.
