Activity #7 Key
1) The numbers were in base-4. Translate them to base-10.
103 3 102 1 2 2 30 11
19 3 18 1 2 2 12 5
2) Then translate them with A => 1, B => 2 and so on.
19 3 18 1 2 2 12 5

Activity #8: Puzzlin’ Forever
Now that you’ve seen some of my puzzles (activity 1, activity 7), I’d like you to create your own puzzles. Post the puzzle in thread, then PM me the solution. If you can make an interesting, slightly difficult puzzle (with no answer available online), you’ll get a Christmas Token.

I’d recommend you to search them from Google.

Answer these twelve clues (with six letter answers) and the letters in the blue squares will spell out the names of four (six letter) animals diagonally.

I sent a very similar puzzle into a UK puzzle magazine and got £30 for my troubles and it was printed! :D

We count in base 10 since we have 10 fingers
the other bases are differnat forms of numbers used for codes
one of them is even binary
Speaking of binary i will use that as my puzzle.
Just give me ten minutes to make it.
Edit: i will post it after the next person so i don’t double post

Wow. I was so close to getting yesterdays puzzle if I did a little more research. I was thinking that A= >1 meant A equals greater than one. Argh. I’ll post my puzzle later!

The above sequence equates to a jack of all trades, a hyperthermiac and the very same guy! Be sure to remember your ABCs and 123s!

Brick by Brick
Go through every white square only one time from start to finish. No entering the same square twice.

(Could be a lot harder, but meh.)

If it makes you feel better, I didn’t actually solve them. I just said that to make them think it was easy. :D
