So ham who`s replacing penguin?.

P.S.:Congrats on 3000 posts.

Aw this is dead :(.

Okay, now I gave more time to Penguin, but looks like the time has come.

All of a sudden, a white, almost blinding flash fills the Arena. You can barely see anything beyond your nose. After a few seconds, the brightness gets back to normal, and you see that Penguin is missing, and that there’s someone else on your side. He looks familiar though.

Manluvspenguin has been replaced by T6salt.

Hamham, could you sign me up as the reserve at the end of the list (who might not be here when needed)?

Alright, added.

Yay.

I think it’s 1932 so shall we put 1mil on that because that is both of our guesses?

I don’t have the shadow of a clue. Do whatever floats your boat. I can flip a coin on 1932 and 1947 and it won’t make me wiser.

1 mil on 1932 it is.

EDIT: Actually, I just realized that this isn’t the 1 mil Dollar drop (-_-’)

Trolololololllll.

Anyway, you picked 1932, let’s see if it’s really the right answer… Yes! Your prize is an incredible (whether incredibly low or high isn’t specified) amount of £1,000!

Anyway, the path has opened, so you can go forward, and only forward.

How many people could be seated in the Colosseum?

A. 6000
B. 20000
C. 50000
D. 100000

Flag Post

Woo! Another question I can’t answer!

Eliminating A and D because that’s what you do in numerical questions. Tea, your call on whether it is B or C. I haven’t got a preference because I’ve never heard of the number of seats in the Colosseum in my life, and I don’t like numerical trivia :(

Why the hell do i know the right answer to every question that has been asked.

Flag Post

I did this in history and remember the answer being 50k. Should we put 1mil on 50k or do something else like 60:40 or 80:20 (bigger number = 50k)

Meh.

Whatever munches your punch.

50k it is, then. 1 million on 50k

Flag Post

900k on 50k and 100k on 20k

Am I allowed to sign as a reserve? If so, I’d be more than happy to.

Unless I am allowed to come back in and have that strike out on me removed, then I’ll do that :p

Sure you can.

Anyway, I don’t have much time for updating, sorry. I have got a B average and my parents are going to be a lot more strict on my comp usage. I have barely avoided a 2-day prohibition from using this laptop, and it’s a matter of time when my parents will ban me from being on Kong.

P.S. You were correct, you can take your £2,000.

Flag Post

Alright, now to the full update!

You already took your money for the correct answer, now here’s the Exit List:

1932
50000

You answered correctly last time, so the path forward of you has opened.

Left: The Diary of a Young Girl
Forward: No idling here!
Right: Absolute zero

Flag Post

Right, I think. What says Tea?

You know I was busy with a game. And today was stuff.

God only knows what left is. Ahead could be idle games but I’ve only played 3. And I don’t know what right would be. But my instincts say right, so RIGHT it is.

Flag Post

Alright, right it is then.

You put your hand on the display, and you find another normal question.

Which one of those is an absolute scale?

A. Delisle
B. Réaumur
C. Rankine
D. Newton

Flag Post

The answer is Rankine.

When I was writing TSS, I looked up temperature scales :p I was going to name the Fire elemental shield Rankine and the Fire elemental weapon Kelvin because they are both thermodynamic scales.

Flag Post

Words, so many words. Big words. I have nothing on them. What deeb said then.

Flag Post

Okay…

You picked C, let’s see if you’re gonna win the money… Eeeyup! You have £5,000 now.

Here’s the Exit List:

1932
50000
Rankine

Now, you can only go forward, no need for a map update. You put your hand on the display and… Oh no.

“*Warning! Panic Room activated! You’ll need to remember everything you see. Anything you’ll forget will be turned into a Panic Code, and added to the Exit List.*
