Team 1’s 4th question:
Which German car company has four rings in its logo?

Team 5’s 4th question:
In Greek mythology, how many tasks did Hercules have to complete?

Flag Post

Never underestimate the awsomeness that is team 1

Flag Post

Hercules is Roman. Heracles is Greek.

Anyway, if you are referring to the Labors, there were 12 of them. If you mean every single task he ever completed, I don’t think I can ever list them all.

“Hercules must be the biggest feminist ever” – anon.

Flag Post

Hercules is the Roman name for Heracles. I thought it would be more appropriate to use Hercules, since it is more commonly used.

AdeebNafees is correct, Funiax did not answer – the correct answer was Audi.

How long do we have to answer these? I always seem to be busy on the days I actually need to answer

Sorry to my team

Can I get like a 12 hour extension or a PM so I could answer from my phone or something?

You have 24 hours always.

You have 24 hours, and other things would be unfair to the other players.

Team 1’s 7th question:
In a circuit diagram what usually is a capital letter M in a circle?

Team 5’s 7th question:
Anthropomorphism refers to giving or attributing what qualities to something?

Flag Post

Anthropo (Greek): People, or men
morphe (Greek): form
ism (suffix): state of being

Human qualities, indubitably.

Flag Post

I have never seen an M in a circle in reference to a circuit diagram. The only thing I could think of that could possibly make sense is a Magnet or something Magnetized but I would not consider an M with a circle the usual way of drawing it.

Flag Post

AdeebNafees is correct! Funiax passed (I believe?) – His answer was Motor.
