That link leads to the sign-up stuff.
You have to sign up a game in order for it to be legally run. There are sign-ups because if too many players sign their games up at once, then the forum games would really suck. There are currently no slots open so far. You might have to read the forum guidelines to signing up a game first to get the full grasp of it.

be patient, this dumb picnic game needs to be closed soon, you might be able to snag it
