FlashDevelop multiple instances?

I tried looking it up, and it tells me to use command prompt, but I hardly know how to use that thing. Actually, I kind of just want to open two projects, or have two projects open at once, so I can compare code and fill in the blanks missing on my current project.

So, just go to the folder with your .as files, open any you will need in FD, and then compare. Not a perfect solution, but a very easy one that should work.
