I think what’s most jarring about the blue flame is that it doesn’t affect the shading on the cape right behind it. Otherwise great job.

I was thinking a heavily limited pallet like this:

beacuse I really like how the sword glow and the armor color go together.

I’m not exactly sure what you mean? My pallete is fairly minimal for each individual hue. I have about 7\* hues x 4 colors each (base, shadow, highlight, and outline). The yellows are an exception, since the brooch/helmet emblem are colored differently from the cape and sword hilt, and there’s also the belt buckle — I might try to reduce the pallete range for yellow. Other than that, though, I don’t really see any way to limit it further.
Are you suggesting I decrease the difference between colors? (remove the ‘hard light’ effect, unify the color ‘temperature’?). I probably will do something to that effect later on.
\*Excluding the blue stuff around the sword, that’s just a placeholder — probably for actual fire, though maybe fore blue fire

Its not something I can put in a picture… It scrolls, and you launch a rock at a structure to knock it down. Pretty simple!

I’m currently testing the new game that I’m making. So it will be released soon. You control a small ship and a motherShip. Your goal is to go the NavPoint 100, where an enemy cruiser is waiting for you. But after that you can continue to play. There are some elements randomly generated. Feel free to discover space but your small ship cannot go very far from your mother ship.When your ship is destroyed and if you are not to far from your mothership you can survive, because the pilot can eject from the ship and join the mothership. When your mothership stops you can repair, buy items and upgrades. (buy ships to escort your mothership, shields, missiles …). Now I’m working on the captain logs, so it will be cool to see what’s happened during the game. Here some screenshots:
