Depends on the quality.
- Great games naturally distribute. You could get away with just Kong and NG (and AG).
- Good games usually do fine with Kong, NG, distribution feeds.
- Ok games usually need a push with manual distribution on top of the usual Kong, NG, distribution feeds.
- Not so great games should stick on Kongregate. Then very rarely try your luck with outside. Most likely to fail.
