Rather than getting attention, that actually frustrates most people and causes them to ignore you. Getting into making Flash games is going to require some effort, especially if you don’t have any programming background. Fortunately, there are a bunch of books and Internet resources available. Read the stickied thread “[FAQ] Making Kongregate games. READ FIRST!” I think it will tell you everything you need to know about getting started.
