are there any games you could put on htc hero? its a phone that isnt an ipod…

like pillage the village, or motherload, or xeno tactic, age of war, warlords, maybe even epic war, or hedgehog launch, bloody fun day, warzone tower defense, amorphous… warbears, bot arena, nano war, bubble tanks frontline defense first assault, microbe kombat, cell warfare, skyfyre, robot dinosaurs that shoot beams when they roar, cubic disturbance, hexcelle, toss the turtle, storm the house, double wires…

those would be good games for a phone… you could put advertisements on the games too, there isn’t a great variety of games on lots of phones…

but yeah theres lots of basic games on kongregate that would be great to play on the phone… in theory, like a LOT, maybe even more entertaining then on a computer, because lots of games dont even need a keyboard… just a mouse… on the phones there isnt a lot of memory space but you could get a lot, but the games that there are now… the best game they have, is chess, checkers, and a game where you roll a ball around, its like someone massacred the whole game section and labeled card games and board games, “mobile phone games”… kind of depressing so idk, i’m just a kid… with… a phone

i dont believe you can play any kongregate game one phones (i could be wrong) because you need flash player which most phones don’t come equipped with and it would be tricky to install it even if they were compatible with it so im going to say no, no games for mobile phones (i hate it too)

Kongregate can’t put anything on any other platform because the games belong entirely to the respective developers (nevermind that they don’t have the source code). Installing a proper version of Flash on a phone is absolutely out of the question. Just a pipe dream. Current phones don’t even have the processing power (most of the games these days need Flash 8, 9, or 10). Notice that when Flash it put on a gaming console, it’s sometimes an older version, depending on the power of the console (Wii Opera only has Flash 7 last I heard). Sure, we’d all love it – developers and users alike – but it just isn’t feasible right now. It’ll be a few years before you see this start to happen.

Armor Games put several of it’s games on the iPhone App Store. If the Hero gets popular enough you never know, but I really wouldn’t hold my breath.

Yes, but you have to reprogram them in Objective C. It’s up to an individual developer to consider whether they want to invest that time, and pay the fee. Filler is on XBOX Live Indie games (C# via XNA dev kit), for example. The difference with Armor Games is that they own a number of the games they host.

Im looking at getting a new phone soon and one of the things I have been looking for is a phone that can run at least some of the games on here. I really like the N900 but its kind of pricey and I really want an Android phone on T-Mobile…does anyone know any phones that can do it?
