No reset on 12/2/12

When I logged into my character, Melina, on S6 — Unliving Desert — nothing had reset overnight. I still had only 32 action points. I had no arena challenges available. My daily instance runs were not there. Wages were still showing as all claimed the way I had left them last night. I’ve seen no explanation from moderators or developers regarding the problem.
