I’m running Chrome under Windows 7 Ultimate and when I choose a server in-game, it comes up saying I need Adobe Flash Player.
Does not computer.

Still doesn’t work , tried to clear cache ,cookies, refreshing page doesn’t work and I didn’t play this game yet so i’m not banned or anything, got the newest Flash player using google chrome.

help ive lost all my items and i paid for some of them

Ok i spent a long time collecting the stuff for the internet and when i finally get it crafted the great one still has a question mark over his head, so i cant get the quest reward D: i took a pic http://imgur.com/w4pUo sorry i had my equiment up

I recently bought the small $3 gem pack off the main site…I got the sneakers but no gems! please help!

Put the internet on the market, cancel- go back to the FU and then loot your mail. You have to loot your mail while beeing in the FU, otherwise you can’t complete the quest (like now).

i cant play at all, when i try to join an server, error F1F1F1 appears, does it mean i need another account besides one on kongregate to play it on kongragate?!?!?!?!?

i have the same problem not sure how to fix it even submitted multiple bug reports

Have you tried the standard ways to solve those problems?
*Refresh page (F5)
*clear cache / delete cookies
*update flash player / browser
*try another browser

*Check if you have the problem on the mainsite (www.fantasy-mmorpg.com), too. <- use your ingame name + pw from you mail (I hope you’ve noted it down) to log in.

It wont give me xp and wont decrease my rest,i think a hacker some how chast my account.

I wanted to connect my FB to my Kongregate Fantasy Online acc, but I could not. It only gives me the option to create a new account, when I type in my already used username, it tells me it’s used.
They both have the same email, Unearthlyautumnalsepia@live.com. I don’t see why I can’t do this. I have the password noted down and everything.

Scorpion Report quest is broken, or it won’t let me turn it in for some reason.

Some people can do it, but it’s broken for the most- sorry, I haven’t heard any solutions yet.

The quest description is wrong, after you’ve received the note (or something like that?) go to Matey Daniel (upper left: http://www.fantasy-mmorpg.com/fowiki/#21470~4)
and not to Captain Crunch. If this wasn’t the problem, please give us some more details.

Cant i change users? i need to

i cant seem to get in game, its not that the loading bar wont fill, its that when i click play after choosing a nickname, it says “Register or Sign-in” however it does nothing when i click it. is my nickname taken or something like i need to use a different one?

please help i tried to link my kong fo account to facebook but it dosent work, i linked my kong account to facebook but can link my fo one with the link, any help? :(

yesterday, i was selling several items when the game froze, then when i refreshed the page and relogged on, i was missing a dark templar helmet and an emerald plate
then this morning when i logged on, my ancient templar body was finished crafting, i looted it from my mail and then logged out, when i logged in again later, it was gone
…is my game broken?

I made the mistake of linking an old account to my facebook. now i cant do so with my main account :P

Might be just the lag.

It’s SirBlois, that character that made you laugh during your busy moments as of late with a growth buff followed by “Gamer sighting!”

Recently I’ve missed such small joys because I’ve been banned.

My friend Sameer has helped me inquire into it because I cannot post on the main site forums myself due to the ban.

One mod mentioned that perhaps I was banned due having two accounts logged in at the same time. I did not know this was against the rules and won’t do it again.

I would really appreciate having access to my main account, SirBlois here on Kongregate again. A bonus would be having access to my newer second account “Tobysan” on Armorgames.

The secondary account was a lot of fun to play while my main account has been stuck in the thick of the soft cap (level 98.5 as of the ban). Of course I put most of my time into my main account, and have a lot of friends in the guild.

Love the game, and appreciate all the work you’ve been doing. There’s definitely been fresh and ongoing efforts to keep the servers up and running well!
