meaning the maximum level would be 330, involving you to leech off of people until level 110 non rb, then at reborn go to 110, and at ascended get to 110 as well… nobody has done it, but it is possible.

No, because after you rebirth your stats get reset to 20-20-20-20 again, no matter if you rebirth with level 60, 70, etc.
