If that’s not working type “/w mod” and ask ingame a Moderator for help.

for some reason i cant connect to the fantasy online website nor would the game load on kongregate idk why wont it work i used different browers cant get to work i already cleared cache. i tryed to login on all theree computers i have two of thim are mac and 1 pc and the game still dosent work

Buahaha, too bad someone forgot to add that if your post in support will be inconvenient for moderator or it will suggest that mod was wrong (since some of mods in FO have premedition that they are always right) they will lock down your support thread and will forbid you from posting about it anywhere else or he will ban you. Support, a place for help? Nice story.

We don’t get access to the Halloween Isle anymore. Haunted Forest is available during Halloween and on every 13th – it’s entrance is in Crab Coast right between the standard teles and the shops.

Hm, have you tried to update your flashplayer, relog some hours late (because of reboots or server downtime)?
Guessing you haven’t installed any unusual add-ons like no script?

Its not letting me connect to any server

Yea. Im having the same problem as sintake. I haven’t been able to connect since october of last year. I last logged off when i was in the halloween area (before it was brought back regularly) and lost my lv 36 character. now i cant login anywhere. I’ve even tried posting about my problem in the official forums but no one even looked at it, any idea whats wrong?

Same here. Can’t log on, no response… If they’re gunna update, how about costomer support first?

how do you start a new game?

During the lag when the new update came out, I crafted Glass dragon legs and looted them but I got nothing when I looted from the mail. Plz help THEy COST LIKE 2 MIL!

Thanks for the suggestion Jimmedy but thats where I posted the problem first. I’m not enthusiastic about an answer from them seeing as this problem has persisted for about a year for me. I’ll let you guys know if they say anything.

There is no way to delete your character, restart. If you want to “restart” you can reset your skill points, otherwise you have to create a new account (for example on facebook or the mainsite: www.fantasy-mmorpg.com)

Open your mail again and loot again, if it appears like you have already looted your item relog.

Which Halloween Isle do you mean? The Haunted Forest or the “real” one?
If you haven’t got any teleports and the NPC at the beginning which takes you back to Crab Coast disappeared you can whisper mods (/w mod) ingame and ask them to get you out of there or you post in the support thread ( http://www.fantasy-mmorpg.com/forums/support/ ).

why do i get reset to lvl 1 every time i log in? it always tells me its loading for the first time

@mike969 That’s what server reboot does. It restarts all servers, logging out all players. Just wait a bit, It’ll be back up soon.
