The rules say a single host can only have 1 contest running at a time, yet GHX has 3. Is this rule old?

Hola! I would like to add a one-time competition that i’m ready to launch

Competition Name: 3D Kars!
Sign Ups: Yes

Participants will create their own bitmap texture based on a template i created,then i will apply it to a 3D Kar i modeled, therefore each participant will have their own customized kar.
