Here’s some things I’ve done in the past few months going to last year. I hope you like them, Also if you have any criticism go ahead share it. I’d like know know the things that I’m doing wrong. It helps me make things even better.

Not really, the last one took me around 5 hours, it wasn’t an effect. That one I had to make manually.
So they are made from scratch then? They’re neat but they look muddy and dark. Maybe if you tweaked your colours and made the reds, silvers, grey and what not stand out more via shine, saturation or something like that it would enhance them visual a lot more.
If feels a bit like you’re playing with software more than trying to create a specific, intentional image. The heart is the only one where there’s any representation at all.
I sort of agree with TWA. I am reasonably familiar with Photoshop and can identify the exact tools I would reach for within that program to re-create the type of images you’ve created. I see “Twirl” and “Smudge Tool” and “Find Edges” and so on.
That’s my critical impression. You asked what you might be “doing wrong.” That’s a difficult question when it’s not clear what the context is for these pieces. Are they meant to evoke an emotional reaction? Are they wallpapers? Or backdrops to a CD cover? A little application would help when considering if they’re effective.
