1. Make a canvas that is squared. I used 600×600.
2. Make a new layer. (leaving the Background layer white)
3. Use the effect called “Roses” (this may be a Plugin, but I am not sure)
4. Use Zoom Blur at max 2 or three times.
5. Name the layer “Lights” and change it’s blend mode to Xor.
6. Make a new layer, and select a yellow color as your Primary. Use Clouds and use it kind of like this.
7. Name this layer ‘Yellow’ and change it’s Blend Mode to Overlay, and chage the Layer Opacity to somewhere around 40.
8. Make a new layer and do the same thing but with Red as your Primary color.
9. Make a new layer and name it Spiral left. Keep red as your primary color. Make Clouds with red as your primary, and use Twist. (TwistZ works better)
10. Make the layer Overlay and have around 50 Opacity.
11. Duplicate Layer and do this in order. Layers, Flip Horizontal, rename layer ‘Spiral Right’
12. Make a new layer. Fill in the layer with White. Make the opacity level around 65, and make it Overlay.
13. Make a new layer, fill in the layer with a light green. Make the layer’s opacity level around 55 and make it overlay.
You’re done.
14. I just noticed, now you can go back as use Roses without editing any of the other layers (because they are correct) and see if you can get the lines the way they should be.
As you can see, it’s nothing like the first… D: But I bet if you mess with it enough, you could get it somewhat like this.
