You need to host the image on a website, like Tiny Pic or Photobucket or Imageshak. And then get the link (www.examplewebsite/picture.jpg) with the two !'s on either end of the link.

Take off the ‘&#8217 ;’ and it should work.

So: <img src="http://www.myspaceclipart.com/funcomments/funnygraphicthree.png width="500 height="235" />

Also use " instead of ‘ ’
