Are there any missable skills for Legion?

Well, after the water guardian, Tsunami isn’t gettable until Karnos. Ditto for Raging inferno with the Fire Guardian and Earthquake with the Earth Guardian

Actually you can learn most of those from the Bone Demon.

My point is that you can’t learn them from random spawn monsters.

You can also get all of the ones you mentioned from the King of Goznor.
