Everyone is talking about the same the big discution of the trolling maps and the no need of shaman in this one, but you dont have another ideas if the people want to troll better to put some room that put the shaman and a cat (That will going to be the person with less points) or something like that. If you dont want it is something in the format game that let you to van the person who is trolling the other ones and is really your fault the really is that I like this because you can laught of the other persons and if you cant dodge that is really your fault to be a noob that dosent know how to do this, is funny to fight with th shaman that is trying to put in the hole but he cant.

The big really is, that this is fun.

A lot of people want to share maps with their friends but can’t due to an overload of maps. A simple fix would be something along the lines of: /play @XXXXX where X is a number in the map’s code. This would appear as a prompt to the room, I.E., Type /play @XXXXX to play John Doe’s map. Therefore, if 50%-70% of the players type /play @XXXXX the map would play map @XXXXX as the next user made map. Whether or not voting would be allowed in that case is up to the developers, but the idea is up in the air at this point.

I have a suggestion, it would be nice a bonus cheese for every title unlocked, for example i unlocked the title " Greedy Mouse" and i get 10 bonus cheese for that title, or something like that, its really boring getting 1 cheese per game , this game really needs an alternative way of getting a little cheese. thanks.

I don’t think that would work simply because every single mouse in the room would probably tipe in another map, simply because there are so many maps.

We should be able to then select these maps from the other players profile and play them.

I made 4 maps now, 2 of them were exact visualcopies of classic maps, but werent the same after all, so I didnt exspect them to be uprated, but I find it a bit sad that I never heard from them ever again. The other 2 were real maps that I put effort into and they got downrated as well (maybe because of the shampart?). So my suggestion is when you finshed making your lvl, get on a waiting list till a room can play your lvl and u get transported to that room aswell. This way u can hear the complains and maybe help the mice on what to do. Now something else, I think a report trollbutton would be great on the lvl votescreen, than if 50%, or something I dont know whats reasonable, finds it a troll the lvl gets the deleted and the maker gets kicked out of the lvl editor for a week.

Totally agree with this. I worked hard on my map and I want to see others’ perspective on it.

The problem with all of this is (I think) that the people who vote maps that require a shaman down don’t usually talk in chat so you won’t get an answer from them even if you’re in the room the map is played in.

Sounds and Music is a must have!

I think it would be great if When you make a map, And it gets “Like’d” 10 Times the creator earns a cheese, You can make a whole company! But.. Noobs will vote Yes on easy maps but in really good hard maps for pros the 80% will vote no because it’s too hard.. Well.. I really don’t know how to fix that.. We need to fix da Noobs!
Anyways.. to decrease the “Noob Maps” You should increase the cost of exportation to 100, And every time you make a map, It will go higher price
(E.G) 100 → 200 → 300 → 400 And so on.
Sounds for shaman invocations will be cool too, And some Elevator-Music too :D but A mute button for Sounds and music too (Separated). And Last but not least, The ability to make Portals in User-Made Levels.

I think increasing the price for every map isn’t a good idea ,a price for upload of 1 map of 200 cheese is enough I guess..maybe the person would have to have like 2000 mices saved. That should solve the problem. And Sounds for shaman Invocations would create MASSIVE lag it has been said and discussed before so I won’t say it again.

I would like a kind of surface that at any time or any circumstance do not touch each other.

I’d like to be able to place fake floors on the editor, or perhaps be able to select a bit of a long floor where you can decide if you want it fall-through or not.

for the love of transformice turn of the player maps they are 99% brainless crap that need no thinking what so ever and will prove to every one to be boring after a while.

Alright, REALLY long post here.

I’ve been reading the comments of others and I think these ideas are pretty good~

Menu button for when you disconnect (tired of refreshing just to restart the game.)
*The suicide command – /suicide or /die. (If you can’t die, e.g. because of a roof, you can just kill yourself.)
*
Being able to name your map, or add a title. Would be really neat and make maps more unique.
***You should be able to see your maps rating and have a little thing where people can type a message about what they liked or did not like about your level < I really want this.
*For the way people vote maps… I kind of agree with what people are saying about having Map Testers. The admins choose people they trust to test maps and see whether they are good or not.
*
New emotes would be cool. I would like some such as a o.O (surprised or curious face) and D:< (angry face).
***The callback ability that XxkoruptorxX suggested in Kong’s comments (like in the game Pikmin where you can call them back to you) is pretty cool, however it could be used for trolling.

I would love for some of these to happen, but hows about fixing the map editor first? Many (including me) aren’t that happy with it.

Sorry for double post, and sorry about the bold messing up in my last post… (can’t find an edit ability) Sounds definitely IS a must-have. Background music would be very nice (but also include a darn mute button for the people who won’t like it) cya

If the map editor is still going, i would rather have a 10 star rating system. Instead of just plain “Yes” or “No”, you could tell how much you like it. Just like rating games on Kong!
[Although i would rater have the ability to decide if i want to play player levels, or just the origonal ones.]

1. reconnect button is a must, I keep wondering to myself why this doesn’t exist yet (perhaps it increases average server load after disconnections through all the quick reconnects, so they are avoiding it until their hardware quality increases).

2. naming maps is a great idea, because for harder maps, the name could be a clue, or it could just help people recognize maps they’re played multiple times that look similar.

3. you are able to see your maps rating by going to edit your map, it appears at the top left. allowing people to comment on the maps, though, would slow down the game, so it would have to be a seperate option in the chat like the whisper comment. Whisper is: /c (mouse_name) (message), so map comments could be: /c (level_name) (message), otherwise it slows down the game or gives people too short of a time to write the messages.

4. choosing testers to test 50,000 maps for free is a foolhardy idea. There is no reasonable way to test maps, and there likely never will be, the only probable option is to continue to refine the voting system so that it is weighted based on the players experience with the game.

5. I am almost certain that new emotes are on their way, because the 3 current action buttons for dance, laugh, and cry, leave a lot of room to the side for extra buttons.

6. I believe that sound is probably a technical issue, as streaming audio typically requires a hefty server load, which would detract from our current server focus, and slow down the game as a whole. Also, creation of sounds is a complex process, and considering the game is worked on by just two people, we are not likely going to see any sound until farther down the road when they are able to increase the amount of workers, make some money off of it, get some investors, get a sound specialist, get better or servers, or a combination of all of those factors.

I agree.

Like magnetic polarity objects? That would be cool, two balls that always push eachother away if opposite polarities, or gravitate towards eachother if the same polarity. Magnets!!!

Remember everyone, this game is still in version 0.66, it’s not even version 1 yet! it’s a work in progress, so keep giving ideas, but make sure the ideas are about improving the current basic idea of the game, and not about changing it, because tey are still trying to make this current idea work perfectly before they move on to new ideas. Also, try to read the thread before making suggestions so that you don’t echo repeated ideas, this just makes tigrounettes work harder in scanning the forums, and you might just ruin it for everyone. Try to use proper punctuation, spelling, and grammar, otherwise your ideas will probably be ignored because they sound retarded (no offense). And, most of all, try to think about what may or may not be hard for the developer to accomplish, such as things involving money, hiring new employees, etc. You must understand that this is more of a hobby (a very time consuming one) for tig, and she has a real job and a real life.

Single player games where you are the Shaman. This would help people out and learn how to be a good shaman. I hate it when I become shaman because I rarely am and have no clue on how to be of use, and you get so many geeks who play this too much expecting the best.

Just type /room somethingrandomhere and you can train as shaman
