Happend to me to, Try to log out then back in.
If that doesnt works log out shut computer down and restart.
Then you will get the cash 8)

Is it bad that I initially started spending all my stats on accuracy?
And how do you earn stats?

nope its not bad but after that you should add stats to health and defense, O.o that question not expected but you get 1 point for stats every level up.

Crap. After reading a few guides, I think I messed up big time. Currently have 400/600 xp in level 3, with two STR and one ACC. Have a Colt and a Mini-Uzi, and 1261 Gold + 3 Cash.

Should I restart my character?

I reckon that if I don’t restart, leveling up to level 5 or so will simply be harder because 2/5 of my stats will be useless. Unless I use the shotguns of course, which I don’t really plan on using.

Only level three, I wouldn’t worry too much about restarting. Those stats are fine as you level up you’re gonna need them for better guns. Now I’m not the wisest of fellows so you might need a second opinion, but I would say sell the uzi, and get winch or mp5. That should take you until you can get further on up.

don’t worry all of the great guns requires strength so just buy a shotgun and use it until you have something better thats when you sell the shotgun.

Or I see that the advertising has gotten into your head, Deadlyman2000. It doesn’t do anything. When they say join for help and combo’s, there’s a 100% chance they’re lying. The only reason to create a clan is so that you can have a green initial on your name and make it harder to hide.
But in all realism, it’s so you can do Clan Wars, which are useless.

No strength = no guns. Pretty much self-explanatory on how it’ll work. In fact, it’s so simple, the Help Tab in TDP4 actually managed to explain it the best.
