Well, M202A2 doesn’t need much skills, just aim and fire, SMAW needs more skills like the H.Z you can dodge it and it has more damage.

watch out with the m202 if you don’t have at least 10 hp and def points. missing one and having it land short hurts.
With alot of skill shots with smaw its better IN SOME CASES but m2 is great for starting ;) its easyer with m2
