Question about artifacts (locked)

Dec 20, 2012 7:43am Shamen 7 posts Flag Post	If I were to have 3 accuracy and 6 strength, but I bought the artifacts that gave me 10 accuracy total, could I buy the barrett? Tl;Dr Do artifacts count towards weapon requirements?
