does anyone use it and at what %? is it possible to keep auto boost on while idling in a certain area of BA such that you gain more coins than it uses? i’m currently idling in BB hardcore rank 211

I think you will always lose more coins with autoboost; it’s more for exp reasons i guess.

As far as I know, nobody banaget to get the Autoboost to pay for itself. It might be possible, but probably only in the low-level range upon ascension. Or maybe even not.

I always keep mine at 1250%… I don’t really notice if I lose or gain coins from it anymore either… I would guess that I’m losing coins from it though. It only boosts my progress bar not my coins/exp bars. (They stay full with or without it I think)

I keep mine at 1550%. I imagine I’m losing money from it, but I don’t really care, it’s mainly for exp (for me).

I don’t use it. My EXP boost stays maxed even when idle (thank you epic skills), so it’s a waste to use it just for progress boosts.

what do i need to do to have constant max exp boost? just max the boost skill? do i also need to max progress in order to have that? and what bestiary level monsters are you killing?

lvl 4 or 5 bestiary + full epic skills (progress and boost) + full progress bar speed will work.

I keep mine at 1520%, and my money goes up by a few billion a day, at least. I haven’t tried to test whether I earn more money with it off or anything like that.

I have yet to purchase all my garden plots, so every YC saved is reinvested into a producing asset (garden plots). Buying autoboosts when it’s only boosting progress is converting YC into EXP, and at a pretty bad ratio. It may be the least wasteful thing to spend it on once you’ve got 300% dragon boost, all 50 garden plots, and all epic skills, but until then, YC are better invested into productive assets.
You also have competing ways to convert YC into other resources, once you’re hitting cap, mainly by running more careers. Even if you’re still gaining coins, there may be a better use for those extra coins you could have had by not running auto-boost.

i just thought, wouldn’t it be a good idea to have some auto boost since you will only be paying for the progress boost as exp and coin will be taken care of by epic skills

Problem is you pay for all, autoboost buys 75% of all three, which makes the price very costly. I would say it’s not worth using before you maxed epic skills, it’s just going to be an yc sink and if you haven’t maxed epic skills you need to focus on that and other things that cost YC. In the beginning YC has a lot of uses and all very necessary, so you have to pick what is worth it and boosts definitely isn’t that early on.

I haven’t seen the code, but that’s what it was said it does back when it was released. I could be wrong, but that’s what I heard. Perhaps someone with code access can confirm how it really is. Though in reality it doesn’t matter, fact is that when you need YC for other things it’s not necessarily the best idea because it costs a lot. Once you have YC to spare there is no question about it, it’s totally worth it, but early on it’s not going to be.

I just can't seem to find the effect of it, and don't know if it's worth spending on.

Hi,
The Auto-Booster feature allows you to gain Boost by gaining EXP and Coins, which can exceed the blue Boost limit.
It is certainly worth it!
