PLEASE DO NOT MARK THIS AS SPAM AND DELETE IT

Currently, I am working on making a full guide for battle arena, and I am going to need ALOT OF SPACE! So I am going to completely over reserve it so I don’t have to delete this thread and do it all over again. Any moderators reading this, please do not delete any of these posts, I have a lot of information to put into this thread so I am going to need a lot of space.

Also, these posts are going to contain a lot of formatting and images, so I need enough space for each stage, if I have extra, I will delete them.

I will be posting my progress in each stage, if any of you have comments on them or advice, post them and I will likely read them and add them if they are good enough.

Thank you to Tukkun and calvindang for helping me with the formatting, the convenience of this thread is all thanks to them.

GETTING STARTED:
Battle arena is the main game of AI. There are several different parts of it, but the majority of the gameplay will involve your progress in battle arena, or, BA as most people call it. This image should explain the general idea of BA for you:
NOTE: It may be useful to copy paste this into a paint folder to read. It is a little more difficult to see on kong forums.

< Stage 1: Advanced Training Zone >

  • LEVEL: 30 ~ 45
  • RANK: 1 ~ 12
  • PLACE TO IDLE: Beginner Training Zone
  • PLACE TO ANTI–IDLE: Advanced Training Zone

  • Crafting Equipment: In order to get to the Crafting screen, click the Menu button in the bottom right of your Battle Arena screen. Scroll up and down by dragging the self–explanatory (and rather painfully awful) scrolling bar or the up/down arrow keys. You can craft certain items by clicking on them and clicking Craft. However, you need to have the right amount of Pixels and Crafting Material. Here is a guide to crafting: Crafting Guide
  • Mission Kommander: Mission kommander is the guy in the ye old pub, click on him and complete his missions as much as possible, it will help a LOT! Also, you can access the pixelated mystery boxes(PMB’s) by going to the bottom of your scroll down menu and clicking on “mystery box” and then proceed to click on the red box to gain certain rewards in BA.
  • Get to Advanced Training Zone as soon as possible, spend your first Skill Points on Quick Attack and some into Heal.
  • Get Enchanted Tree Stick as soon as you can equip it (range is your friend).
  • Use Quick Attack at all times, you can hold it down against an enemy to make it attack faster, same with all abilities.
  • If Master Dummy spawns, leave to Menu and re–enter. If Ghost Dummy spawns, use Heal.

< Stage 2: Mystic Forest >

  • LEVEL: 46 ~ 60
  • RANK: 13 ~ 20
  • PLACE TO IDLE: Advanced Training Zone
  • PLACE TO ANTI–IDLE: Mystic Forest/Secret Crystals
  • SKILL TREE GUIDE: Once you have Quick Attack maxed, put everything into Mastery. Once it’s maxed, start maxing out Dexterity Enhancement to prepare yourself for Night Forest.

  • Once you achieve Rank 12 and Level 45, start attacking and attempting to kill Master Dummy using Quick Attack and refilling MP with the W key.
  • Move to Mystic Forest as soon as you can kill Master Dummy and have maxed Quick Attack skill.

  • Mining: Mining is a more recent addition to AI, and you will likely never hear of it until much later in the game. The irony of this is that mining is most useful very early in the game and during end game. In order to mine, you must craft a bronze pickaxe(or any pickaxe) and then “secret crystal” will spawn. These crystals spawn in most areas, but will not in certain areas that do not follow the main path. These secret crystals give incredibly large amounts of rewards for your current level. Utilize the amount of pixels you get from this now to increase your stats as much as possible.
  • Get Weak Crossbow once you reach Rank 15. Enhance it with the attack enhancer. [Note: You must unequip your weapon to enhance it]
  • Once you have enough Pixels, buy a full Leather Armor set. This includes a hat, a shirt, a pair of gloves, pants and shoes. DON’T FORGET TO EQUIP THEM!
  • Continue to use Quick Attack against all enemies.
  • Don’t let Snails hit you! Kill them quickly otherwise they will fly backwards.
  • If the BlobBB boss spawns, escape and re–enter like for Master Dummy. The same goes for Snail boss. Once you have Weak Crossbow, stop fleeing and fight.
  • If you haven’t already, keep your boosts up at least to 300%. They will be very useful for bringing your Level and Rank up faster.
  • Old Snail: Snail boss is easy, just Quick Attack until it dies, make sure you have Weak Crossbow.
  • BlobBB: When your HP reaches below 1,000, use HP Potion (Q key), and if you’re low on mana, use MP Potion (W key). Always have the X key (Quick Attack) held down so you can deal constant damage. This will be a tough fight with less reward, but it is good practice so do it anyway.
  • Carabbit: Same for BlobBB boss fight.

  • QUICK SUMMARY:
    • Get to Rank 20 and Level 60.
    • Get the following items:
      • Weak Crossbow
      • Leather Armor
    • Skills:
      • Quick Attack: MAX
      • Weapon Mastery: MAX
      • Dexterity Enhancement: MAX

< Stage 2B: Sky Preparations >

  • LEVEL: 61 ~ 79
  • RANK: 21 ~ 29
  • PLACE TO IDLE: Mystic Forest
  • PLACE TO ANTI–IDLE: Night Forest
  • SKILL TREE GUIDE: Start putting Skill Points into Strength enhancement and HP recovery, and finally, get heal to 7.

  • You’ll start being able to idle Mystic Forest – from there, just keep idling until Rank 30. This stage consists mostly of idling, it’s to make sure you’re ready for The Sky. You can choose to idle Night Forest, but I would just stick with idling Mystic Forest.

  • Rings: You may have noticed that you have been looting ring–like objects, well, guess what, they are actually real rings! Simply click on the Menu button and Rings to enter the Ring menu and choose whichever one you want. The best one at this point is either EXP, Encounter or Mastery, depending on what you need. EXP is usually the one you want to idle with. We will get into more detail in a later stage on the effects of these rings.
  • Get Ranseur weapon from lrn2craft tab in Crafting.
  • Craft a full set of Kongregate Armor. THIS IS OPTIONAL.
  • Basically, just idle Mystic Forest until you are Rank 30.
  • Again, keep using Quick Attack.

< Stage 3: Leap to The Sky >

  • LEVEL: 80 ~ 129
  • RANK: 30 ~ 41
  • PLACE TO IDLE: Mystic Forest / Night Forest
  • PLACE TO ANTI–IDLE: The Sky
  • SKILL TREE GUIDE: You should now have Tier 2 unlocked, this is marked by Tier 2 flashing. The first thing you want to start maxing out is Weapon Booster, you want to get that speed on your weapon up. After Weapon Booster, go for HP.

  • Once you are Level 80 and Rank 30, and have your Ranseur, you are ready to anti–idle The Sky, and idle Mystic Forest easily.

  • Buying Stats: Now that you are finally able to rack up some Pixels, you can begin buying stats to increase your abilities without having to buy a new weapon. In order to access these, you must click on the Stats button near the Menu button in the bottom right of your Battle Arena screen. Click on the arrow at the top right of the screen that pops up and you will see several + marks. The first one indicates buying stats, and the second one allows you to buy 10 times of what the first one does for a slightly lower total price. The first one that will likely be available is HP, but resist the temptation and save up for Attack and Defense, at least for now.
  • Invisible Allies: These are quite useful, as they can give you increased stats. In general, the best thing to have would be an ally with speed, if not that, then an ally with Enrage buff. CD stands for cooldown, so if an ally skill has a [CD: 22s] then it has a 22 second cooldown (amount of time it takes for the skill to be used again). You can hover over “Info” in order to see the stats of an ally, and click “Equip” to equip it (red means equipped, green means unequipped). The star is basically a favorite button. Mastering an Invisible Ally means that you have a 5% chance of that ally being “rare” which means it will drop more / better items. It also multiplies the EXP gained from that creature by x1.2.
  • Status Effects: As you may have noticed, certain creatures will cause something to appear next to your character, these are called “status effects”. These status effects each have their own meaning and are temporary. Here are the meanings of each of them:
  • Fusion / Recycle / Item Storage: Recycling is simple, you put an item you will never use and don’t want into the blue slot in Item Storage and it will be recycled (as long as it’s high enough quality). Item storage is also self–explanatory, hold down Ctrl and click on an item, then click on an empty slot in storage. It will be kept there and you won’t have to lug it around with you (this is more useful later in the game). But Fusion is the real thing you should know about. Fusion takes the stats of the 2 chosen items and mixes them together, as well as increasing the overall stats of the item (even if one item is less powerful than another, to a certain extent of course). There are more details on this, but for now, all you need to know is that it increases the stats of the 2 chosen items and turns them into 1.
  • Craft Lovely Armor set. Then fuse it together with a second set of Lovely Armor.
  • Craft another Ranseur and fuse 2 Ranseurs together.
  • When Feonix appears, flee and re–enter.
  • Anything with a white HP bar is an undead monster, which means you can damage it using Heal. 90% of the time, you’re going to want to do this.
  • If it’s late, this would probably be a good time to stop and idle overnight (in Night Forest). You will come back with good rewards and some wonderful progress.
  • If you click on Options and click on Low quality, you will kill things MUCH faster. Even if you have a fast computer, it will still affect it a lot.
  • If you have enough Pixels, purchase Defense. If you have enough Pixels for both Attack and Defense, buy 1 of each. You want to keep those 2 even at this point of the game.

  • QUICK SUMMARY:
    • Get to Rank 42 and Level 125.
    • Fuse 2 Ranseurs and a full set of Lovely Armor.
    • Skills:
      • Weapon Booster: MAX
      • HP Boost: MAX

Stage 3B: Deadlands preparations

Level 130-195, rank 42-63 :
PLACE TO IDLE: Night forest/The Sky/Pulluted sky
PLACE TO ANTI-IDLE: Polluted Sky/Deadlands
SKILL TREE GUIDE: You should have HP maxed by now, so now you should start working on getting up invisible armor skill. After invisible armor skill, work on maxing artful dodger.

  • The night forest is where you can get a very useful invisible ally. It is HIGHLY recommended that you idle or anti-idle there long enough to get forest spirit invisible ally. But if you are already able to move onto stage 3b and you still don’t have it, don’t bother. As you can get air spirit from Polluted sky which is similar, but just better.

  • Spirit Mode: Spirit mode is an entirely different setup of abilities that you will want to be using for a while. Spirit mode increases your idling abilities at high and low levels as well as gives lowbies a good damage advantage. How do you get spirit mode you might ask? Well its simple, get a spirit weapon. The higher the spirit, the higher the damage. NOTE: DO NOT USE THE W KEY IN SPIRIT MODE! It gives you spirit but it drains your pixels, and a lot of them. WAY too much to be worth it(at least at this point in the game). Here is a more in-depth guide that probably won’t be that useful at this point in the game, but oh well: Spirit Guide
  • Buy an (insert kong name here)’s stick(the last weapon in the “newbie items” tab in the weapons tab in the crafting menu) and a dark doubleaxe. Fuse these 2 together, if the item has “spirit item” on it, then keep it. If it does not, then buy the 2 items again and fuse them again until you get spirit item. Spirit mode is incredibly useful and will last you a good while, you are going to want to spend the pixels on it. Once you have this and have upgraded HP at least once, you can move on to idling The Sky.
  • Buy a full set of red armor. It may look geeky, but it is still better than fused lovely armor.
  • (kinda) After you reach the end of the requirements of this stage(listed in quick summary), it is time to craft a premium sword and a (kong name) treestick. Fuse these 2 together until you get a treestick. If you have enough pixels, buy 3 level 3 attack enhancers and throw it on tree stick before fusing. This combination that I will be using through out will be known as a “Spirit Stick”.
  • Idle until you are ready for Stage 4, or anti-idle in polluted sky if you are really desperate/on a speedrun.
  • Once you reach rank 50, buy knight armor(full set), once you reach rank 60, buy paladin armor(full set).
  • Up until now, you have likely been unable to buy more than a few stat increases with the minimal amount of pixels you have. But now you are starting to rack up enough pixels to purchase stats. This tab will show the recommended stats to idle an area, rings are not taken into account for this unless stated, so keep in mind that if you are close, throwing on a mastery ring will probably bring you up high enough.
  • Polluted Sky:
    • Attack: 3,300
    • Defense: 3,150
    • HP: 18,000
    • Level: 175
    • Spirit Mode: Yes
    • Optional: an ally with the enrage buff will help in this area a LOT.

  • Quick Summary:
      • Get Rank 63, level 195.
      • Get the following items:
        • Full Paladin set
        • [Kong name] tree stick fused with premium sword(Spirit stick rank 45)
      • Base Stats(base stats are the stats listed in parentheses next to your stats):
        • Attack: 3,350
        • Defense: 3,350
        • HP: 18,000
        • MP: 1(MP does not matter much at this point)
      • Skills:
        • Invisible armor: MAX
        • Weapon Booster: MAX
        • HP Boost: MAX
        • Artful Dodger: 29(max this one ASAP)

    Stage 4: Deadlands Wonderland

    Level 195+, rank 63+ :
    PLACE TO IDLE: Deadlands/Desert/HC
    PLACE TO ANTI-IDLE: Desert/Beach/HC
SKILL TREE GUIDE: All of your most essential skills in tier 2 should be maxed(or VERY close). Start maxing out critical damage, but stop once you are able to start on tier 3, as tier 3 has much more essential skills in it. For tier 3, you are going to want to start off with buying “Tier 1 Master” and then go back to tier 1 and max out both “enhancements”, quick attack, and HP recovery. Critical chance then invisible weapon, then accuracy. Once those are maxed, move on to…

    • Deadlands and polluted sky was probably the biggest gap you have been through yet, if you think that took a long time, then lol.
    • FUN FACT! DeadMANS wonderland(the anime this stage was named after) is my personal most HATED anime of all time. Don’t watch it, it will make you feel like crap and it will ruin your day. It is THAT bad.

    • Deadlands:
      • Attack: 3,350
      • Defense: 3,350
      • HP: 18,000
      • Level: 195
      • Spirit Mode: Yes
      • Optional:an ally with the enrage buff will help in this area a LOT.

    • Deadlands HC:
      • Attack: 4,000
      • Defense: 4,000
      • HP: 25,000
      • Level: 250
      • Spirit Mode: Yes
      • Optional:an ally with the enrage buff will help in this area a LOT.

    • Desert:(SKIP)
      • Attack: 4,300
      • Defense: 4,300
      • HP: 25,000
      • Level: 235
      • Spirit Mode: Yes
      • Optional: an ally with the enrage buff will help in this area a LOT. A ring is HIGHLY recommended for this area, infact, it is essencial. Any ring on the left side of the ring table other than speed and mana will do.

    • Desert HC:
      • Attack: 6,500
      • Defense: 6,400
      • HP: 34,000
      • Level: 300
      • Spirit Mode: Yes
      • Optional: an ally with the enrage buff will help in this area a LOT. Mastery ring helps a LOT.

    • Pendants: Pendants can start being looted at around rank 25. There are many different kinds of pendants, and 7 different ranks. 30, 70, 120, 180, 250, 350, and 500. Each of these can be looted at 5 ranks before you are able to equip them(for a rank 30, you can loot it at rank 25, forf a rank 70, you can loot it at 65, ect.). The higher the rank, the better the pendant. There are also “metal pendants” that can be buffed up on your own using enhancers. But they are virtually worthless at this point. Here is a list of pendants all of there abilities for each rank: Pendant Guide
    • Ability/Bonus: Abilities and Bonuses are going to play an essential roll in anti-idle during mid game as well as end game. But it is important to get used to how they work early on. There are 6 bonuses that you can have(these are green), and 39 abilities(These are orange). 14 of these abilities can not be attached to armor, they are exclusive to weapons. There are also “elements” but they flat out suck and should be ignored(these are green). These Abilities/Bonuses are effected by rank, the higher the rank, the higher the ability/bonus. Here is a more in-depth guide to each ability and its effects as well as the amount of bonus each item gives: Guide
    • Get bestiary. You can buy this by going to menu screen and clicking on bestiary. It will cost 1 million pixels, but is INCREDIBLY worth it. Save up until you can buy this.
    • It is recommended that you get executioners armor before effectively idling desert over night(unless of course you have a health/mastery ring, then you are fine). But currently, what you want to do is just idle in desert for a good amount of time and increase your stats to meet into the next areas requirements. This will likely be happening a lot through AI battle arena. You will be stationed in an area for between 5 minutes and 2 weeks. Don’t worry though, this should not take longer than a day or 2.

THIS PORTION OF THE GUIDE IS A BIT OF A MESS DUE TO ME ACIDENTLY GOING AHEAD. The stats for the areas are accurate, and for the most part this should be right, but I am chooseing to skip over this portion due to me not wanting to mislead people. Hopefully sourfoe will fix it.
