exactly as the name suggests, you flash(insta-build) a certain number of troops, depending on what u pick.(preset at 50,100,300, and 500 troops per.) higher tier troops cost more coupons/vouchers than lower tier. higher lvl vip gets more chances to flash.(eg. vip 1 can flash once a day, vip 2 times, e.t.c)
not really worth it in my opinion. much better to use 50 coupons for, say, 1 more suppression round or point vouchers on things on auction
