Not to mention the loss of items. I was in the middle of using an Experience Book AND had been waiting for 50 minutes to talk to a GM when I got disconneted from the server. Meanwhile, the Exp. Book is counting down to zero while I am unable to login, and I have to go back to the end of the queue in getting help from a GM!!
