Ok 1st build a trade post and go to tavern and click on merchants and recruit one and click trade post and put some goods or gold on him put goods on him to sell em at a trade center you have to make your way to trade centers by clicking on a village and thats the way to lvl em up too thx for comeing to my forum :D
