You might be able to if you start in China and come down from Alaska, but it would probably take more than two. It is possible to move to islands like Japan that don’t show up as part of a civs territory, but you might be in rough shape if your civ loses all it’s CZs and you can’t use one to tp. Recalling merchants would probably also take forever.
