Cooking/Smithing: Reqs?

Jan 29, 2012 1:36am tjaleth 1 post Flag Post	So I’ve built a mill and a smithy, I leveled them both up to lvl 2, learned cooking through my guild, still can’t synth anything with my collected loot. What gives? What am I missing here?
