I don’t think he can take a hint. Has anybody actually said that his crew is good? He has about five people telling him it’s terrible and we’re trying to help him. I really don’t care anymore. If he wants to be a stubborn idiot and refuse to make his crew better, then so be it.

I agrea, if he does not want help, then just stop spending attention to him.

Also, even tough i fail at grammar, in the original sentance it should be thinks not think since he/she is talking about third person singular.
