Um, you could talk with Nimbus and devise a strategy. The leader’s the one who submits the strategy, but the whole team can help.

Um, you can’t give weapons to someone on the other team. You have no interaction with them, and maiming is permanent injury such as cutting somebody’s leg off.

Erm, I highly doubt you’re going to find all the ingredients to make even a simple poison, but you can pretty easily make a dagger.
