Ranks

Archangel
The top rank in the Light Side, and the second top rank in the whole crew. The one who makes all the decisions in the Light Side. In other words, the LEADER. There may only be one leader.

Holy Paladin
The second top rank in the Light Side, and the third top rank in the whole crew. The one who can promote Light Souls, demote Light Guardians and temp ban Light Guardians or Souls. Cannot permaban. In other words, the ADMINISTRATORS. There may be 2 administrators, depending on how many people are in the crew.

Light Guardian
Cannot really do anything, though anything a Guardian says you have to do. Exceptions are the higher ranks. They may also recruit. In other words, the MODERATORS. There may be 5 moderators, depending on how many members of the crew there are.

Light Soul
May vote in polls, and is the starter rank. In other words, the RECRUITS. There may be 10 recruits.

I suggest you have a big promotion day. Don’t just promote people on random. Have a day around every month or so that you recap what the members have done throughout that month, and whether it is enough to be promoted. The same can be said for a demotion day.

And maybe have some more members of a higher rank, so you can kind of spark the community. It seems damp and dead with a bunch of souls, and one or two higher ranked players.

BTW, when you’re posting a list (the members list, for example) it looks much nicer using bullets (make by typing “*(Bulleted) _______”)

I don’t know, I just think it’d seem a bit nicer.

I’ll let you change the level as you see fit. It’s just a level that’ll level you up once or twice with just your basic blocks.
