It’s not a law, but it helps your crew not to die.

Take my DAG crew for example: it had everything it needed, but the ranks… just weren’t special. Also, there were almost no pictures. It had formatting, but it was missing a few things a good crew has.

Pics suck.

Honestly, I don’t care if a crew has pictures or not, though it helps to see the crew worlds. Pictures don’t contain the juice, y’know? It’s all in the text.

It’s nice to have a pic logo, instead of just having a big bolded title like this:

But yes, most of the juice is in the text.
