Pretty late to drop an evaluation on this, but oh well.

There’s only one thing I have to say about this one: Strike 3 on Death? Seriously? If I had designed this card, I probably would have used Jam All instead of Strike 3 for major trolling, especially if the opponent somehow managed to get an Assault with 8 Attack or higher onto the field (though, you probably went with Strike because Jam All would have been OP, and Jam All could potentially help the controlling player win more battles because their opponent’s Assaults couldn’t overcome the RNG…)
Here’s my idea of an example scenario (and I know, I’m being lazy in creativity by using generalities, including for the turn numbers, but then again, I don’t exactly see the Devs making this card, anyway.):
Turn X: Some of Player A’s Assaults manage a total of at least 8 damage against Player B’s Commander (Kenny), but Kenny Regenerates and Jams enough of the remainder of Player A’s Assaults that the total damage they deal isn’t enough to kill Kenny.
Player A – “FFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU!! I was so close to bringing him down!”
Turn X+1: Player B’s Assaults and Structures damage Player A’s side such that if Player A isn’t lucky on the next turn, s/he’s going to lose.
Turn X+2: Again, some of Player A’s Assaults manage to kill Kenny again, but Kenny Regenerates and Jams Player A’s Assaults, again.
Player A – “NNNNNNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!”

So you what you want? Even higher health (so that the card becomes OPed)?
The idea is that you build a strategy with walls and assault cards round the commander (such as players that use Hydraulis and Emanuel). Anyone not using SOs, berserk, rally & flurry or extreme rally would be stumped. It will stop a lot of rush decks all on its own (although Iron Maiden has 6 attack when activated).
Besides the idea was to come up with interesting uses of “an attacked” skills.

Corrected your counterargument based on what you had typed earlier in your post.

Now here’s my counter to your counterargument.
Quoted from Warmetal Wiki about “On Attacked” skills (Source here):
Skills with this suffix will not trigger by other skills like Strike, Crush or Shock.

I fail to see the logic in your argument against my use of SOs with the information I just provided, and there are two more problems with your arguments as well:
1) Given your logic of how the “On Attacked” suffix works when applied to skills, then try explaining to me why people suggested that SO spam was viable as a counter to some of the AI Commanders for the Awakening expansion. (Miraden and “Strike All 1 on Attacked”, anyone?)
2) Since Flurry is in essence multiple attacks in rapid succession, it would cause the “Refresh on Attacked” to proc with every attack, thus meaning that (if your logic about the “On Attacked” suffix was correct) unless the first hit on your Comm was for 6 damage to begin with (thus rendering any further Flurry meaningless), the only effective counters would be Berserk and/or major Rally, right?
Effectively, this is what your argument is: INVALID, and displays a lack of research about an aspect of the most recent expansion. (No offense, but if you really want to challenge my arguments, do some research before you try countering me.)

Now, granted, I can understand where you’re coming from, but you’re assuming that the skill triggers “when damaged” (thus, any skill that causes damage, quite possibly including Poison and Counter, would be rendered useless against any card with your “Refresh on Attacked” skill unless the card in question can be Diseased), which is not true – especially given that, as mentioned before, SO spam was espoused by some players as a counter to some of the AI Commanders for the Awakening expansion. If it were true, I wouldn’t be espousing the strength of Sundering Ogres, and instead be preaching about heavy Rally.
Along the lines of increasing health to make it OP, how about throwing in some Siege so that any increase in health becomes more difficult to counter?
Then again, SO spam is still always annoying, especially if you can’t stop it, anyway…

Creating a Supply-esque version of Protect, eh? Could be powerful, if only it could beat down Sawblade spam…Since a spam deck of this card can’t counter a spam deck of one of the most basic existing cards in the game, 1/5.

This bloodthirsty card (typhon vex) summons a raider card, because typhon is bascially raider & bloodthirsty, made it this way, just to be creative

You don’t need to denote this as Unique, because the Legendary rarity already means that you can only hold one copy of this card in a deck, anyway. The Rejuvinate (Rejuvenate is the actual spelling) skill stinks of an emergency Heal All 2 that triggers for any target that has less than 3 health-it may be a bit OP, especially against weak Assaults…then again, there’s Burst and Disease as a countermeasure. 4/5 for effort.

The Withdrawl ability seems a bit OP against weak Assaults, and the other problem is that if you use this against SO Spam, and your other Assaults can’t survive the 5 attack of the SOs, this guy won’t be able to flank forever. 2/5

Er, Quad Walker is actually an Imperial. I agree that the fact that the Commander and the Summoned Assault being of different factions may stink of fail, but the Protect/Summon skills actually synch well.
