My idea is for an ability. Barrier.
What it does is it blocks any fear/crush attack coming from directly in front of it. Obviously for assault cards.
Ex: Name of Card": 2 attack/6 health/ 2 wait time, with the abilities: barrier 3
If destroyed for example by a Sundering Ogre. Its crush would do 2 dmg 5-3=2.
If destroyed by a card with Crush 2. The crush will not take effect. 2-3= not happening.
Same with fear. For Barrier 3 to be broken it would have to be hit with a fear 4 or higher.

Barrier essentially makes the assault card a card with a refresher wall that only works on fear/crush coming from directly in front. It does not negate regular attack damage. Making it like a card and a half being an assault with a wall like ability but not quite a wall.

Like with other cards and their abilities I know the cards that will end up being used will be those that have the barrier ability and are rare/legendary/unique being the most useful. Having things like barrier/protect or fly/barrier.

I’m not sure how well it does late game, being better walls and such but I was urged to share by 2 good guys so please tell me what you think and discuss.

PS: Do not let barrier be used in final event missions that are only able to be beaten by fear. _;;;

2 New Skills:
Nullifier: Damage- dependant: After damaging an enemy from an attack, damaged assault unit can not be affected by ally activation skills and his own activation skills be desactived. (cleance works in nullifier too).

Formation: When a unit equiped with formation is placed between two allied units, the units receive an increase in attack and health. (Example using Formation 1: Attack 2= Attack 3, Health 2= Health 3)

I haven’t had the chance to read through most of this thread (190 pages…). If this has already been suggested, I didn’t see it. What page is the duplicate idea on?

i dont know which page but i remember posting exactly the same idea some months ago
