I remember when this card was used in early-rally raider troll decks. Impulses, orbo, havoc and 3 rally flags…

He is surging so he wins, since that Heli-Duster only has 5 Health.
Now… This is 12/8(3).
Rule 275: All Cards have their Attack added to their Health and the number of Skills x 3 added to their Attack.
This will lose on Fight however. 11/6(1).
Personal Rule: Also plays a second hand, doesn’t affect normal counter, but cannot play again in this page with same rule.
