No, the enfeeble from commander means that counter 1 + strike (2+1) = 4 damage, shield bearer has attack of (2-1) because of weaken and receives (3-2) damage per turn so dies first. Shiled bearer does however beat pulsating bunker, so let’s keep it and I’ll counter it.
