This would be Poison +1, not attack +1. He never said you could only add to activations, so the poison would go up rather than attack. Therefore this guy works.

And I’ll add +1 to Armor.

Partisans are in fact the covert sector of the Righteous forces. In the midst of battle they will reveal themselves to their foe with a quick slash. Unfortunately, nobody else has any sort of moral code in the warzone and they wind up becoming caught in the crossfire.

I augment armor to Armored 2
Despite being quickly and hastily built in Raiders assembly halls, you don’t want to go close this mechanical walking tesla coil. It can fry men alive or even drop fighters from the skies like swats if they get mistaken to fly too close to Impulse Walker. And for our nuisance, any lighter non-piercing weapon just cannot seem to penetrate its thick metal armor. It looks flimsy from the first look and that’s what it probably is but for the certain situations, swiftly moving mobile warmachine is just too much to handle

Sorry to put it this way but do you guys not know the meaning of no skills can be enhanced. Only skills are allowed to be added or increase attack by 1. So we are back countering Lumbering ogre

with +1 attack

what the hell are you talking about?? it doesn’t say no skills can be enhanced. It says add to the attack in case no skills can be enhanced. In OP lumbering ogre’s only skill is payback and you obviously can’t have payback 2. that’s why the attack was increased.
SO, to counter swift troops:

+1 armor
