List with the possible quest rewards

These are the possible rewards for doing quests:

STEP 1: 600 gold.
STEP 2: 600 gold.
STEP 3: 600 gold.
STEP 4: 600 gold.
STEP 5: 2500 gold + 2 random components rewards.

1st random reward, only 1 of these:

  • 5 Piston
  • 10 Fusion Generator
  • 5 Capacitor
  • 5 Nexus Beacon

2nd random reward, only 1 of these:

  • 3 Artemis Generator
  • 2 Hive Capacitor
  • 1 Energy Refill
  • 1 Gateway Node

Someone in the forum said that, in the xml file “p” stands for part but not percentage. If this is true, then:
1st random reward becomes {5 Piston 16.7%, 10 Fusion Generator 33.3%, 5 Capacitor 16.7%, 5 Nexus Beacon 33.3%}
2nd random reward becomes {3 Artemis Generator 38.5%, 2 Hive Capacitor 38.5%, 1 Energy Refill 3.8%, 1 Gateway Node 19.2%}

that makes no sense… the s dont add up to 100. i can only assume then for each set the rest is no reward? piston+fusion+capacitor+beacon =30 = 70% chance of nothing? seems very unlikely as most people ive seen have reported some sort of reward from not one but both pools.

i suggest you go and post this on the fansite.

xml files are public accessable, no need to post that info on fansite.
need more info about probabilities on step 5 though. whether it works same way as daily chance (weights used) or direact probabilities model.

need to update sim to support quest decks results submit to fansite as well :)

It’s most likely direct probabilities, since you’re not guaranteed a component.

And NETRAT has quit, so idk who can and will update the sim.

You can get nothing or very few components(in my case,only a node) or multiple components(some people reported artemis gens+pistons+caps on a considerable amount of each at the same time)

I’m pretty sure that everybody will get always 2 rewards after finalizing step 5.

how is that possible with 5+10+5+10=30% and 10+10+1+5=26% probabilities according to your math? unless again it’s not probabilities but weights.

Yes sss1, “p” should be weight, so this can be the correct chances for each reward:

Thats sick..
p=artemis gen = 38.5%? so you average about 1 artemis gen+ per day (since they drop in packs of 3) = 25 days to get enough for heracles.
5 capacitors = 5/30 = 1/6. = 6 weeks for capacitors.

<_< basically everyone should have heracles and longshot in a matter of weeks regardless of where they were.

That makes your daily quest rewards (on average) for the next 24 days adds up to:
20 Pistons
80 Fusion Gens
20 Caps
40 Beacons
28 Artemis Gens
18 Hive Caps
5 Gateway Nodes

That’s how much of a Heracles?

20 Pistons = 33% of Heracles
80 Fusion Gens = 40% of Heracles
20 Caps = 67% of Heracles
40 Beacons = 32% of Heracles
28 Artemis Gens = 112% of Heracles
18 Hive Caps → Not used in Heracles
5 Gateway Gates = 100% of Heracles

So it definitely seems that the less accessible parts (Artemis gens, gateway nodes, and caps) are more accessible from quests, while the more accessible parts (nexus beacons, pistons, and fusion generators) are less accessible.

You should hope that you have good luck on getting Caps . The other parts are easier to get from quest and other ways.

It would be better if they made Caps easier to drop.

And probably in Awakening , there will be a Heracles counter ….since Hercs will be everywhere soon.

Herc’s are already everywhere…
