[DEV] Announcing Winter Solstice Event 2012

Next week we will be running our Winter Solstice event. The event will be similar to the Xeno Domination event but with a smaller mission chain and higher energy cost missions right from the beginning. There will be 6 rewards (3 alt art, 3 new cards) one of which is a tribute to a famed Tyrant Player! Here’s some art to hold you over.

Are the “higher energy” costs the x4 thing from the middle of the event?

I’m assuming the card is based off of Moraku, I believe. I’ve seen him around the most with lots of good tips and info.
