The Fansite doesn’t instantly update with the new missions, so we can’t post decks there yet. This is my custom.txt file for leftylink’s tyrant optimize. I also used my card filter to create these decks. First, these numbers are based on the dev file, so if something changed in the last 24 hours, then the numbers could be wrong. Second, I did not cross check any of the decks with SimTyrant or iteratedecks. (Well, I checked one of the 100% decks because that just seemed too good to be true.) According to T_O, all decks are at least 96% and most are above 99%.
Edit: The list below was made before the missions were released. I am still improving decks for missions I have not yet completed and posting to the Fansite the best ones I can find. Therefore, the decks below might not match the decks on the Fansite.
Also, if you don’t have all of the cards in deck, the deck can still be useful to you. Copy the deck into your custom.txt, remove the cards you don’t own, add cards like Grunt and Mite until you have 10 cards. Then run the optimizer. It will probably save you some time.
// hunterhogan's decks for Occupation missions
// Decks are named after their Mission #, so "230" is for Mission 230.
// If there is a dash in the name it means it has less than 10 cards, so 230-7 would be a 7-card deck for Mission 230
// Decks that have v2 are an alternate version that is just as good as the other version.
// Important information about each deck follows the deck in a comment
// Starting 10-card deck is Cyrus, Grunt #2, Fang #2, Mite #2, Sentry #2, Infantry #2

I wish they would test new missions against these two decks. Oh well. I guess I have 9 Azure Reaper and 8 Lance Rider for a reason.

Here’s a deck that will get you through the majority of the new missions. It doesn’t like Verlock, Balthazar, or the later Nyerl’ot missions (gets under 80%). I left out any missions that get under 80%. You’ll need a better deck for those.
Anzix, Monarch, Marrow Aileron, Xeno Mothership, Enclave Warp Gate(2):
230 – 99%
(231 gets below 80%)
232 – 99%
(233 gets below 80%)

I know exactly how you feel. Before they buffed the cards, I refused to buy more than one, especially Azure Reaper. But then they buffed the cards and they looked better. But what really killed me was letting us sell our components. I felt rich and some of the last set of missions were 99% with 8 Azure Reaper, so I got lazy and bought them. Now I wish I had that money to spend on Nexus so I can have Ragnarok. (Even though I’ll probably never use it. It’s like Gruesome Crawler—I wanted it for so long that by time I got it, I used it in tournaments just because I could.)

I don’t have multiple Monarchs or Ateliers… or a Lightning Strider. I simply removed them from the mission 231 deck and it’s still 100%…
Dracorex, Marrow Aileron, Aegis, Monarch, Atelier, Obsidian, Fortifier, Egg Infector, Longshot
For those who haven’t been so lucky with their packs/components, Longshot and Monarch are practically optional as well:
Dracorex, Marrow Aileron, Aegis, Atelier, Obsidian, Fortifier, Egg Infector gives ~99% on auto.

Mission 252: 99.8% Manual

Mission 252: 99.7% Manual

Oh how I wish I had 5 Gene Readers…
And also, this has an 100% chance to get the Inherited Skills achievement.

I didn’t have the reaper spam until they decided to sell them at 500 points this last event, so I got 9 of them then. Auto to victory with the usual rider/reaper combo, I guess. Although until I found this thread, my righteous slowroll lost only 2-3 times throughout the first several missions.

After component selling, I sold literally everything because I had crafted everything I wanted/needed (I’m quite casual), and got around 500k.
Time to buy some reapers…
At least I already have 10 lance riders (don’t why I bought those…)
A random deck I mashed up: Dracorex, 3 Split Jaw, 3 Sabre, Rapier, Heracles. Good against 231 (I think), average against 230 (1 or 2 losses)
PS this is spam but are flesh reapers good currently? Got one from terminus

The game calculates the number of missions you can do with your current cards taking into account win %, and you click confirm. Repeat 3-4 times per day. :)
