?
Pinion (a common) is better.

Enclave Parasite (common Xeno from standard, 3/3/3 leech 1). Not a mission reward, has many better alternatives including Enfeebler (also common Xeno and from standard). Do I win now?
Also, is Scorpion (3/3/2 uncommon raider from standard, mission reward, has jam bt) better than Achawin (3/4/3 common xeno from nexus, mission reward, has jam bt)?
And combat specialist (1/2/2 common raider from standard, mission reward, has heal raider 1 and AA 1)?

the first three, i agree with you. the comes grinder. if you’re playing against hydraulis, and he drops a mind controller first, he’s dead. blight tower: sealed. Credo Mech is still okay at the point you get 1 for free, and again, sealed. Graverobber is… indeed, pretty useless. Egor… sucks. Skiff screwed me when surging a few times. that raider…. wtf were devs thinking. the righteous guy is at least good for a free(unplanned) enrichment vail.

Enclave Parasite and Achawin probably are situationally useful in tourneys.

I’m not sure about combat specialist (which is not a mission reward). It is a bronze pack card so could be available very early but it’s very very sucky (2CD is a killer). Might be able to get a slightly better winrate in certain early missions using it but I don’t think that’s likely.

Mech Walker is free to anyone who buys WB. If you just make an early buy for some basic stuff but haven’t gotten far in the game it’s certainly card one might stuff in the deck.

I’ve used Dracus Wyrm in enclave as something to divert anti-xeno strikes away from my tremor wyrm. Also, Egor is often worth stuffing in your homeworld sealed deck, the counter 2 takes out those quilled blasters and sometimes heli-dusters.

I don’t know much about terminus tournament meta so can’t say if spire raider ever has a role in a deck, but I’d guess it does sucky as it is. I’d also guess if you were a newb and got it with your first 10 shards you might find use for it.

That just leaves Tarantula, I dunno if tarantula is useful for anything, probably not good for missions by the time you can get your first enclave pack. So that leaves enclave sealed. Maybe use it as a Tremor Wyrm counter if you got IC as commander? That single health is terrible. Good candidate as useless card.

I have yet to find a place for Enclave Parasite. Even in any gold/mixed sealeds. Same with Tarantula (I see your enclave sealed and raise you an Ajax.).

Xeno Mauler works for One-Hit Kill! Achievement if you don’t have anything with more firepower. (How are the chances.)

Tartarus Swarm.

My choices (Dread sucks, Halt Advance outclassed by 6 other cards)

Just watch it target your slightly damaged refresh cards over that crippled, about-to-activate Tremor Wyrm.

I’ve used it in Vyvander decks with Xeno Mothership, though the wisdom of that may be questionable.

Draudnaught’s seige can be handy in sealed, even though the thing is super fragile.

Halt advance could realistically used in a “slow roll” achievement deck if one didn’t have enough cards for it yet.

I would never use Dread, even in sealed. I’d prefer to run Xeno Mauler, since that thing has comedic effect. Dread makes you look retarded. I’d personally leave both out to thin the deck.

Again, Halt Advance is outclassed by at least 6 cards. By the time a player gets a copy of it, they’ll have a bunch of cards which they would prefer to put in.

You could be right on dreadnaught (I’m still wondering if maybe it’s workable with freddie under certain conditions [such as this and demolish being your only seige cards]) I’ll also note it is in bronze pack so maybe there’s an early usage for it.

I’d agree you’re generally correct on halt-advance being too late for use for MOST players, however if you get it in your first or second gold pack, and you’re just itching to get that 2k (good money for a newb reward) it’ll do the trick. On a related note, I think the slow roll achievement may be the only use for raider wall.

I have actually used blight golem in a perfect 45 pointer surge deck vs a 1 man faction, just for the record.

TT

I used to use merciless invader for my xeno deck because I had 2 eviscerator.
