Heroes of Gaia acting strange

For some reason when i try to load Heroes of gaia it only loads up to 2 of 5 (in the blue rectangle loading screen thingy). i cleared my cache and tried playing on IE,Chrome, and FireFox. but the same issue keeps occuring. please help as soon as possible i want to login.
