Can't log into account

Ok, this is different though. I can’t remember my email for my “Evac” account. I really, really want to get that account back. I emailed support, no answer. I can’t remember my password for it either. ALL I want is the email for my old account so I can go and reset my password. Please. _

Man, I can see coming to the forums was a huge help.

If there is no way you can prove that that account is yours there really isn’t anything that support can do. They can’t just randomly send account details to someone just because you claim it is you.

How long ago did you Email them anyway? it can take a while before you receive a reply.

I emailed them when I made this account, which was a long time ago, then about 2 months ago. It is my account, all I want is my email. How can I prove it’s mine? How is an email going to compromise an account?

Yea, as I mentioned before, I already have. 3 times. Emailed them again for the fourth time and still, nothing.
