I just used a UCG and got Unknown Error.

I figured I must have typed the pin wrong so went back, and this time I got Unknown Error: Pin has already been used.

So, typed the number correctly the first time and that unknown error activated the pin but didn’t give me the Kreds.

I just had the same problem here. Tried to throw a card on there, got an error, tried it again and was told the PIN was already used.

same here. Used UGC just now. just reported to UGC and they said it was credited to me. what is wrong? it will be a waste of money if this doesnt go well.

Problem on Kong’s end by the looks of it. Hope it gets sorted out soon, my ViP status in a game runs out in a week.

Quite frustrating to not get an update on this for such an extended period, even a “we’re trying to work out what’s wrong now” would be nice.

No, and it’s been almost 24 hours.

What’s going on with this place, ever since they added Kong + the response time has gone down the drain. I wasn’t expecting them to instantly fix the problem, but I was at least expecting a reply saying “we’re looking into the issue, please be patient”. Or something along those lines.

looks like admins dont want to answser here am trying to talk to one and hes playing monster i dont know what, i have hours trying to speak with one cuz i have a trouble but they dont answer.

I have the same problem. with $20 UGC.

i entered the pin but it said error in transaction. then if you re-enter the pin it says:

Your transaction failed because of Unknown error: Pin+has+already+been+redeemed. Please try again.

i still dont have kreds i purchased. please help

I have also recieved no reply. I sent off an email and tried a different card for curiosity’s sake and that one didn’t work too.

while i realize that there is a problem, and that people need time to work it out, it is not acceptable to leave issues involving money unanswered. Like it or not, those game cards have a monetary value, and when people are asking what happened to their money, there needs to be someone who has an answer, and has an answer right now. taking peoples money and not providing a product promptly is a company killer. EVERY TIME.

i’ve received email from kongregate and they’ve told me they are working on the problem, they also asked for the UGC pin number which I sent back to them. Hopefully we’ll be seeing this dealt with soon.

So they haven’t done anything for me and it’s been almost 24 hours has anyone gotten their problem sorted out? Pretty pissed about this, if it was their money paying for something they weren’t receiving I think they’d be quicker about attempting to resolve the issue.

I still don’t have the Kreds, but they have e-mailed and said they are working on it, so I’m good.

I’m guessing it might take a while. They’re going to have to contact the makers of the UGC’s and then go back and forth with the Pin #‘s to see which ones “activated” but didn’t actually send Kreds. It seemed to have happened to a lot of us at around the same time.

well, its the end of another day and still no kreds. no update since they asked me for the information either. I want to know what happened to my money. A couple of $20 dollar cards is not going to break the bank for me, but there is the principle to consider. If someone takes my money in return for a product, and doesn’t provide that product on payment, and doesn’t provide a time frame for delivery, and also doesn’t tell me what the problem is beyond “technical problems”… well i’m not impressed.

Kongregate sorted out my error, sooner than the length of time I ended up resigning myself to expecting it to take, but slower than I really wished, still thanks guys.

There was a coding error with UGC, and they weren’t aware of it until we contacted them. They’re working on fixing it though.

Weird mine does something different i bought a $30 UGC but ti keeps on saying Pin required and i wrote the f—-ing thing 8time snow
