ok heres the situation, i paid for 25 dollars worth of kreds with a gamestop gift card, i didnt get them, i didnt get e-mail confirmations, and for some reason the theres no records showing the transaction other than my attempts afterwards which where unsuccessful, all i know is the first two where successful and i didnt get any kreds. zshadow doesn’t believe me and quite frankly i am not pleased with how hes been treating the situation. he wants me to continue to talk to him in private and he doesn’t respond when i do talk to him, hes ignoring me. well im taking this to the other admins now.
i have proof in receipts and time period. i spent all 25 dollars on this site and i got nothing in return. i AM NOT trying to cheat anybody, all i know now is i am out 25 dollars that i tried to spend here and im getting the inmate treatment for it with nothing in return but aggravation . i want to remedy the situation but i want what i paid for here, even if there is no records on your end, this is your sites fault thus your responsibility. i am NOT letting this die until i get what i deserved

This is the third thread. If they say they can’t help you, repeatedly throwing a temper tantrum is not going to change anything.

see this is what i mean, i am trying to settle this rationally without having to resort to some “temper tantrum tactic” as you so call it, its things like that that ruins your reputations as fair admins. or even good ones for that matter

See, this is the thing you’re missing. It’s a basic rule in customer service. As a customer, when you have a problem… you’re nice to the person that can fix it. The person you’re asking for help with an issue, they (usually) have the power to fix your problem. Ranting and raving gives them no desire or motivation to help you, or go above and beyond their call of duty.

sometimes you have distressed customers, but that doesn’t make it any less your job to help them out, believe me, i know, i work for walmart.

i dont want to resort to petty namecalling or swearing for that matter, so just know and be warned i now have a really low opinion of you and zshadow and kongregate.com despite faults and i will be spreading it as much as i can for its the only way im gonna get over YOUR site STEALING 25 dollars from me.
i do want to buy more kreds still however there is no guarantee that this wont happen to me again

It’s only been two hours, there’s no reason to be an obnoxious idiot about things.
You seem to think that Zshadow runs the site. He does not. He’s not the only admin here.
Most of the admins here probably have better things to do than listen to someone, a person who is possibly lying, whine about Kreds.
In any case, instead of flooding the forums, it would be better to contact someone directly, here.
EDIT:
Oh, nevermind, I read the other thread you made. Zshadow has been trying to work things out with you personally, via PM, but, you just aren’t intelligent enough to read what he said.
You did not have enough money on your card, so, obviously, the Kreds weren’t given to you, as you didn’t pay for them.

Have some patience, Mr. Crimsoneye.
Much like Columbus did not find America overnight, it often takes more than an hour or two to sort something like this out. The admins have a lot on their plate.
Be patient and wait for Z’s reply, and be polite when you do get one.
Alternatively, there is kreds@kongregate.com for kred-related problems.

On the opposite end of the spectrum, constantly shoving it in their (Zshadow’s) face makes fed up and not want to deal with the situation.
