no badges and no chatting

I was using a Kong game named Badge Master to try and get all the easy badges I had unknowingly missed. It seemed like the easiest way to find them and earn them. It originally was working for a couple games, games like City Siege 2. It worked on the first and second games. During the time I played these games I also aimed to achieve the other badges I had missed in those games. This too worked, but, during City Siege 2 after I had acquired the requirements of the hard badge I did not receive it. I tried to submit it but my computer would not let me take the picture. I decided to give it up and try to get it later and so I exited from that tab and continued on to the next game. It had the same problems and at this time I tried log out and log back in hoping that would work. Instead it increased the problems. Now the badges descriptions would tell me that I needed to “register or sign in” and this was very bothering. I decided I would try to chat and ask about this, but when I did it would not let me enter. Instead it would just put the cursor (I think that’s what its called) down a line. I tried signing out and signing back in again after this. Again things just went from bad to worse. now it wouldn’t even let me chat. It would tell me again to “register or sign in”. Please someone here help me I’m hoping this will be allowed entry.

oy….please someone…i dont want to feel like im wasting my time on here….im not sure if the problem is continuous but even if its working now(which im not sure of i havent checked) i dont want it to be an issue in the site at all

If this is a problem within the game, you may want to try contacting the developer.

well its not just the game when i would be on a different game i still would receive no badges or be able to chat i am unsure the cause just that it was working only until shortly after i started using badge master

and this was after i had exited the game as well.

Have you tried refreshing the game to get the badge(s) to register? That usually helps.
If not, here’s how to take a screenshot to report a missing achievement.

wow i redid the requirements to get the badge earlier before posting after you and i didnt get the achievement but when i tried it directly after looking at this i received it. im very confused but im sorry if you feel i wasted your time i was very worried about this as even after leaving the Badge Master game it still had the problem and now it works. um well thank you for your assistance and i assure you i was not trying to be a nuisance to anyone.

though the problem resumes when i use the game badge master now that i know how to use the print button ill try to report the missing achievement. again thank you for your assistance.
