This is the second time this has happened to me, Playing shadowland online. spending kreds for ingame currency (diamonds) the kreds are deducted from my kong account but no delivery to the game is seen. The amount is clearly shown in my kongregate account what was purchased and how many kreds were deducted on this day, June 7th. Last time a note sent to developer solved the problem but after a day at work I come home and no diamonds in shadowland online account. Please refund my kreds or make sure i receive the diamonds purchased (its a secret, why i dont say here-mysterious :) ) But any help here is greatly appreciated, thanks and have a blessed day guys!!
