I didn't receive the Heavy Armor medal.

The Quest is brand new, it’s still rolling out. Patience.

I don’t receive this medal either. I’ve tried again and again, but only received the chat icon.

Both of you have earned the medal, look at your feeds on your profiles.

For some reason this medal just doesn’t show up in the Award section of the chat when you earn it, and it doesn’t have a picture either.

No, you are wrong. If the medal is given, there will be two messages in “My Points” page. The first one is “Completed * quest”, followed by another one showing the medal. But now I only received the first one, there is no medal at all.

I did’nt get the medal either

And that’s because it’s bugged/not finished, (did I mention it doesn’t show an actual picture in the feed?).

It’s the same for everybody, you’re not alone.

I don’t have a picture/item either in my awards section as well.

It appears to be fixed now. I was in the same boat as everyone else in this topic, but now I got it.
